About the Firm

Intelligence. Integrity. Eloquence.

David Bosko, the founder of the firm, graduated from Harvard Law School in 2009, and from the University of Southern California (USC) Annenberg School for Communication in 2004. His litigation career includes four years at the New York office of Quinn Emanuel, and nearly four years at Los Angeles litigation boutique Miller Barondess.

David’s successful representations run the gamut from assisting the largest corporations in the world in billion dollar lawsuits based on complex securities disputes arising out of the 2008 financial crisis, to helping individuals defrauded during their first purchase of a single family home. David has substantial experience with all stages of litigation from researching and preparing a complaint through to trials and appeals. David also frequently assists clients in informal dispute resolution, including mediation.

David’s eloquence has been recognized for decades. He parlayed a childhood full of speaking at family events into being a national champion speaker and debater in New York’s famed Stuyvesant High School. He won 1st Place Persuasive Speaker in a college-wide competition as an undergraduate at USC. And he has been recognized by judges, magistrates, and fellow attorneys across the country for his oral advocacy from his time at Harvard through his current practice.

David believes that honest and warm attorney-client relationships increase the likelihood of a favorable outcome, as well as making the litigation process easier for clients. Litigation is often challenging and rarely pleasant. But David prides himself in creating durable client relationships that arise out of representations that clients remember favorably–both for their positive results and for the process that got them there.
